Throughout her life, Joy has set out on a mission to help people no matter what stage of life they are in. She meets people where they are and works diligently to elevate their mood, physical comfort, and mindset. Whether you need assistance with how to start the process of healing from an injury, healing from emotional trauma, or even if you have no idea where to begin, Joy wants to be a point of contact and valuable resource so that you can enjoy life to the fullest, focusing on what that means to you, and what matters to you the most.

His signature service, Rolfing™ Structural Integration, is a form of deep-pressure manual therapy that uses therapeutic touch and education to address painful tension patterns and postural imbalances—leading to easier, more comfortable, more efficient movement and lasting change in the body. Joshua's practice focuses on pain relief and his special interest is in working with clients to return to healthy breathing and movement through mind-body awareness.

Stephanie comes to TheraKneads with extensive knowledge of the wellness industry. Her organization, drive, and compassion spill into every interaction with clients and coworkers. She brings a sense of calm and structure to our reception area that will give you confidence that you have been placed in good hands, no matter the service you choose.

Michele has additional certifications in Gut Health, Hypnobirthing, Fertility Coaching, Holistic Fertility Massage, Ayurvedic Nutrition for Pregnancy and Postpartum, and Hormone Balance for Fertility through Menopause. She is co-host of a podcast called “Conscious Feminine Revolution.” You can find her latest book, which includes a variety of essential self-care practices for your well-being , along with her story about how she went from surviving to thriving, called Your Embodied Soul Journey: Coming Home to Yourself and the Life You Were Meant to be Living, available on Amazon.

Hannah Norman has been with TheraKneads for almost a decade, bringing her expertise and dedication to her role as a marketing assistant. Born and raised in Carroll County, she now works remotely from Ocean Pines MD, where she lives with her family, including her new daughter, Sunny, and their dog, Mahi. Hannah’s long tenure with the company speaks to her commitment, and she continues to thrive in her role while enjoying her time with her growing family.

With a calming presence and intuitive touch, Erin brings a nurturing, grounded energy to every session. Blending Swedish and deep tissue techniques with a holistic mindset, her work is guided by the intention to restore balance, ease tension, and support the body’s natural healing. Erin is passionate about creating a safe, serene space where clients can relax deeply—mind, body, and spirit. A recent graduate of Fortis Institute and long-time advocate for integrative wellness, she is honored to be part of a community that embraces mindfulness and soul-centered practices.

Ginger is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Martial Arts Instructor, and Certified Personal Trainer.
Her experience working as a Registered Nurse for over 10 years taught her the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection and the need for all three to be in balance. After traveling her own personal path of healing and transformation, she developed an intense desire to help others do the same.
Ginger provides customized massages based on each client’s individual needs and preferences. From relaxation to targeted deep tissue work, she will make sure that you receive the service that is right for you.

With over five years of experience in the wellness space, Jessi is passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better—one breath and one stretch at a time.
