Wellness Walks with Michele Pedersen

 
 

During the more pleasant Maryland months, our Wellness Coach, Michele, loves meeting with clients outside for Wellness Coaching sessions. The movement gets energy flowing and the sunshine & nature will lift your spirits and bring a greater sense of peace and well-being to your mind & body.

Wellness Walks are 45 minutes in total and include:

- Check-in/intention setting

- Mindfulness exercise

- Breathwork and movement prior to the walk

- Setting SMART goals

- Walking outside

*Wellness Walks are only available with the purchase of our Wellness Walks package, which includes 1 Clarify Your Health Goals Session, 1 Nervous System Reset Session & 2 Wellness Walks.
