To help prepare both your mind & body for a healthy conception and pregnancy, The Fertility Massage includes:

-    mindset coaching.

The goals of your session are to reduce stress, break up muscle adhesions, help balance hormones, support reproductive & digestive organs, and provide important pregnancy-related education.

Your customized session may also include craniosacral holds, castor oil packs, abdominal massage, reflexology and aromatherapy.

*Initial sessions are 2 hours, and subsequent sessions are 1.5 hours.
