Mother’s Selfcare Retreat

Is there a woman in your life who you see constantly giving to others, while not always refilling her own cup or taking the time to meet her own needs? Perhaps this reminds you of your mother, wife, sister, friend, or even yourself.
In honor of Mother’s Day and all the amazing women in our lives who love & give with all their hearts, this retreat is a way to give back to them.
Taking place the weekend before Mother’s Day, this retreat will not interfere with your Mother’s Day weekend plans. What it will provide is a powerful experience to shift the way the women in our lives take care of themselves so they may learn to lead more balanced and personally fulfilling lives.
During this retreat, you will:
Explore and reframe beliefs around self-worth, self-love, and self-care so you can better meet your own needs;
Connect with other women while sharing healthy treats and nourishing tea;
Learn how to create more simplicity in your daily routines;
Create a self-care vision board;
Learn how to prioritize and personalize your own self-nourishment (for the sake of yourself and others);
Close out this retreat with a powerful, healing south bath to help clear out what has no longer served you and solidify new ideas and intentions in your energetic system.
*You do not have to be a mother to participate. Women of all ages and stages in life can greatly benefit from the wisdom of this self-care retreat.
This Mother’s Selfcare Retreat has been designed by Michele Pedersen, Transformational Wellness Mentor & Healing Arts Practitioner. Michele’s life mission is to help women, caretakers, and healing practitioners transition from a life of health issues, burnout, obligation, frustration, and lack of personal fulfillment to one filled with balance, inspiration, nourishment and self-worth. Michele is also currently taking clients for Intune Wellness Coaching, one-on-one Nervous System Reset Treatments, and group Sound Bowl & Gong Immersions.
