Avery began his journey into bodywork at the Central Maryland School of Massage, graduating in 2017. Along the way, his path included several years as a professional gardener—an experience that deeply shaped how he approaches healing today. Working with living systems taught him patience, the importance of strong foundations, and how environmental stressors affect overall wellbeing. He brings that cultivator’s mindset to the massage table, believing that healing, much like nature, cannot be rushed, but it can be intentionally supported.
As a lifelong learner, Avery continually explores new modalities and current research to ensure his clients receive thoughtful, informed care. Outside the treatment room, Avery can often be found with his hands in the dirt—tending to his garden with his son or exploring local trails.
