Is halotherapy safe?


No clothes are needed. However you can wear comfortable, breathable clothing. You’ll be seated or reclining in the sauna, and towels are provided for comfort.

What should I wear during my session?

Infrared saunas operate at lower temperatures than traditional saunas while still delivering deep, therapeutic heat. Temperature can be adjusted to your comfort level. No heat to about 120-130 degrees.
